GENERAL TOURS

Step into our factory and smell the aroma of chocolate, peach, cinnamon, pineapple, or whatever is being cooked up that day. A visit to our candy making factory in Fairfield, California, located about an hour's drive north of San Francisco, and 45 minutes west of Sacramento.

During the 40-minute walking tour, Jelly Belly tour guides will show you a real working factory where we cook up over 150 different sweet treats. Learn the secrets to how we create the legendary Jelly Belly jelly bean, and discover why it takes more than a week to make a single bean.

WEEKDAY TOURS

The Jelly Belly Visitor Center is open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM PT, and guided factory tours operate daily from 9 AM to 4 PM PT, except New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We have reduced hours on the 1st Saturday in December, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve; on these three days tours end at 2:00 PM and our retail store closes at 3:00 PM. Bus and RV parking is available during business hours. Overnight parking is prohibited. An on-site dog walk area is available for guests traveling with pets.

Jelly Belly factory tours are especially popular and referred to by many as a "unique and sweet experience". Reservations are not required. Tours are FREE and depart approximately every 10-15 minutes throughout the day and last approximately 40 minutes. While the typical wait for tours is approximately 15 minutes, tour waits can be as long as 1 hour or more during certain holidays, the Easter season, Spring Break, summer (mid-June to end of August), Veteran’s Day, the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving, the week before Christmas, and the week before New Year's.

Please plan to bring strollers or wheelchairs as all areas of the Visitor Center and factory tour are fully ADA accessible. Note that strollers and wheelchairs are not available in the Visitor Center.

NOTE: Jelly Belly is a working factory. While we strive to keep all manufacturing areas operating at full capacity Monday through Friday, there may be times some or all areas of the factory will not be operating or operating at full production. This includes annual inventory check and maintenance periods. Production schedules are subject to change without notice.

Jelly Belly has teamed up with Sharpshooter Imagingtm to offer souvenir photos. Pictures of your tour group are taken just before your tour and are available for purchase when you return from your tour!

Wisconsin Visitor Center: Pleasant Prairie

WAREHOUSE TOURS (not a working factory)

Sweet sensations and a world of delight await you at the Jelly Belly Visitor Center. Located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, near Kenosha and Racine, 30 minutes south of Milwaukee, and 90 minutes north of Chicago, the Jelly Belly Visitor Center features full-throttle fun on the FREE Jelly Belly Express Train Tour. The Visitor Center is designed so visitors can take a tour of our warehouse (really, it's fun!) and taste the magic of the original gourmet Jelly Belly jelly bean. The 25-30 minute train ride makes stops at a variety of Stations with large screen video monitors showing the company's century of candy making and how we make candy corn, jelly beans, gummies and more.

From the start Mr. Jelly Belly flies overhead welcoming you to the tour. Once you hop on board the Jelly Belly Express Train you will see Jelly Belly Bean Art, a chorus line of dancing Jelly Belly characters, and giant Jelly Belly jelly beans overhead as you travel down "Candy Alley".

JELLY BELLY CANDY STORE

Your Jelly Belly experience would not be complete without exploring our Jelly Belly Candy Store. Your first stop has to be our Sample Bar where you can try each and every flavor of Jelly Belly jelly beans that we make, along with any other new or favorite confection on our menu! Try them one at a time or in combination to create a colorful and tasty recipe!

In our Jelly Belly Candy Store you can shop for your favorite flavors either individually or combined in a variety of beautiful gift boxes or mixed bags, including a variety of Sugar Free Jelly Belly flavors and gift boxes. Also available are Jelly Belly Confections like our Dutch Mints ®, Jordan Almonds, gummies, fruit snacks, sours and chocolate items. Create your own mixed bag of your favorites!

Don't forget to pick up a few bags of our world famous Belly Flops ® and have a blast guessing the flavors. Belly Flops ® are no less flavorful or lovable than regular Jelly Belly jelly beans; they just come in wild shapes and sizes.

The Jelly Belly Visitor Center is open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM CT. Warehouse tours operate daily from 9 AM to 4 PM CT, except for New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We have reduced hours on the 2nd Saturday in December, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve; on these three days tours end at 2 PM and our retail store closes at 3 PM.

Groups of 20 or more should contact the Visitor Center at 866-868-7522 to pre-arrange their visit. (This is not a reservation.) Tours are FREE and depart approximately every 15-30 minutes throughout the day and last approximately 25-30 minutes. While the typical wait for tours can be 15 to 30 minutes, during certain holidays, the Easter season, Spring Break, summer (mid-June to the end of August), Veteran’s Day, the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving, the week before Christmas, and the week before New Year's, tour waits can be as long as 1 hour or more.
